yes, As you see on http://greenpois0n.com, its release has been delayed because the makers of greenpois0n want to implement limera1n (geohot’s) exploit in their release.

greenpois0n is going to release a unlock tool after the release of greenpois0n jailbreak tool. so is geohot (limesn0w unlock tool.).
If your bootloader is 5.08 you can unlock your 3G now itself!

For 3G? unlock for 5.14 will be out after the final release of iOS 4.2 .Good news is that iOS 4.2 beta 3 is already out, mostly next version will be final .

This is confirmed news. To all you people out there don’t go for all the fake unlock news on other websites(limesn0w, unlock already out, pay to unlock.. blah blah. All bullshit)

Sadly, Currently no way to unlock. but sheriff hashim(baseband hacker) has confirmed that a unlock will be out after release of iOS 4.2 final . and iOS 4.2 beta is already out so you can expect it soon.

wassup zee i have a question very simple i had 4.0 with 5.14.02 basedband i couldn’t unlock it to T-mobile with ultrasn0w so i downgrade now i have 3.1.3 on a 3G with 5.14.02 baseband and i still cant unlock it for T-mobile it only works for at&t but i have T-mobile what can i do to have my phone working with t-mobile do i have to wait? please help me i bin doing research all day and night trying to fix this problem thank you i appreciate it

You need to understand the difference between ‘firmware’ and ‘baseband’The Phones Operating System(OS) software version is what we call the firmware in general terms. 4.1 ,4.0 etc these are OS versions The software version of chip inside the phone which controls the network, this is the baseband chip.. therefore in general terms known as baseband ! 5.13 5.14 etc are baseband software versions. Now both are different softwares.Apple included a baseband upgrade along with the 4.0 firmware upgrade. Now when you downgrade to 3.1.3 you are downgrading the OS software not the baseband. Now, its obvious i guess It is possible to downgrade your baseband only if your bootloader version is 5.08, if not then you will have to wait like the rest,sadly!

The word by all the unlockers is that it will be out in the next 1 or 2 week.
But i feel it will take atleast 3 weeks…

[How do i know? http://www.apple.com/ipad/software-update/ and itunes app store went down sometime back.(it goes down every time apple releases a new product), though iOS 4.2 has not got much to do directly with itunes app store (but it does have to be updated on the server so that it becomes available for upgrading) but developers have been submitting their applications and games to app store for iOS 4.2. so mostly app store went down to update the store with iOS 4.2 apps ]

you can goto settings->general->About .. you’ll find you’re boot loader version there!
By the way, i didn’t get you. whats the problem you’re having?
